3. Student Contract

3.1. When you accept an offer of a place at LSB, a contract is formed between you and the University. The terms of this contract include your offer letter, the Academic Regulations, and the Student Handbook.

3.2. You agree to abide by the University's statutes, ordinances, and regulations, including those relating to academic conduct, payment of fees, and health and safety.

3.3. LSB reserves the right to make changes to programs, modules, and services where necessary to comply with regulatory requirements, respond to feedback, or ensure the curriculum remains current. We will notify affected students of any significant changes as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. Fees and Refunds

4.1. Tuition fees are payable in accordance with the fee schedule provided in your offer letter. Failure to pay fees may result in withdrawal of services or termination of your registration.

4.2. Our refund policy is set out in the Student Finance Policy. Generally, deposits are non-refundable except in specific circumstances such as visa refusal.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

5.2. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
